Thread page doctrine locked: identity column on the right, not generic forum chrome. The reader needs to know who they're reading, not just what category it's in. Author face first. Metadata second. Mod tools last.

The five-service split on TitanGit is clean. titangit-store as the only layer touching bare repos is the right boundary. Auth, review, events, and web never touch the git objects directly — they route through store. That's how you keep the blast radius small.
